Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions will apply between you and ‘The Mummy & Baby Co.’ when you buy an item from www.themummyandbabyco.com. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Your contract for purchases made through ‘The Mummy & Baby Co.’ website is with the ‘The Mummy & Baby Co.’ and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.  


All orders are to be placed online, for any unforeseen reason you are unable to process this please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@themummyandbabyco.com and we will be more than happy to assist.

Once you place an order online you will receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards. The order is deemed as accepted by us once your order has been dispatched. If there is a problem with your order you will be contacted promptly and if your order cannot be met or there is a delay in dispatch you will be notified. 

Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable but exclude delivery charges.

Delivery Policy

We aim to get all our orders out within 3 working days of receiving them. 

Delivery is provided via Royal Mail/ MyHermes/DHL, either standard or next day depending on your desired choice, please email us directly for next day delivery. (All orders will automatically be dispatched on standard delivery unless otherwise selected.) All orders are tracked and signed for.

For International Delivery please select the International Shipping option upon checkout, it is the customers responsibility to pay any import/ tax cost relating to your Country. 

Although we expect, in most instances, an order to be delivered within 3 working days, this may not always be the case and it may be that delivery to certain destinations can take up to 5 working days. If delivery is not available at predetermined dates you will be informed at the ordering stage. International Delivery can take between 5-7 working days. 

Wallpaper deliveries are FREE (UK Mainland only, excludes extending areas & International, for these locations please contact directly) please enter applicable code as stated on the website, deliveries can take between 2-3 working days (UK Only).

Delivery is undertaken by an independent delivery company, once goods have left our premises all such goods will be under the control of that company. We may assist customers with tracking orders but please be advised that delays may occur due to weather and transportation issues and therefore we cannot accept liability in these instances.

If your items do not fit or have a fault you must contact us within 2 days of delivery and return to us within 14 days after the date of receiving your order. The returned items must be unused, in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Please ensure that you package your goods securely and keep proof of posting. We do not cover return delivery charges.

If you haven’t submitted your order you may clear the items in your basket at any time by clicking the ‘x’ button next to the product you do not wish to purchase.

If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it please contact us as soon as you can. We will try our best to make any changes but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may have already been processed. If this is the case you will have to follow the returns procedure. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods to us unless the return is a result of an error made by us.
