Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (not including personalised items)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the online proof of purchase. We cannot accept single items that were included in a set; multipacks are classed as one and must be returned as a whole set or the item will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer.

To start a return, you can contact us at: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately we do not cover the return postage unless the item is deemed faulty in which case full postage will be refunded on proof of postage purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged; we will then investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are certain items which cannot be returned, such as personalised products and other pieces which are unsuitable for return due to health protection hygiene. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased with gift cards.

The fastest way to receive your preferred item is to return the product that you do not wish to keep and once this return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new preferred item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, however we will ensure that this will be processed within the 14 days of receipt of your returned item.
